Minimum Education

Functional Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, and execution of many complex test automation scripts; make strategic decisions on reporting, summarizing defects, and recommending resolutions.

• Develop and execute sophisticated manual and automated tests using advanced tools; report defects and verify resolutions for high-impact projects.

• Develop and implement comprehensive standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation aligned with the organization's quality management system.

• Define and enforce quality standards by recommending and implementing new procedures; resolve complex outages and issues.

• Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and ensure the compliance of products and processes.

• Design and lead improvements to procedures and standards; participate actively in internal and cross-functional code and design reviews.

• Verify product quality through thorough analysis of product and technical artifacts.

• Utilize synthetic data for testing and ensure integration of the automated test suite with the CI/CD platform.

• Create and present detailed reports on project data and personal status updates.

• Mentor and guide other roles on the team, providing strategic support and leadership.
