Responsibilities

The Warehouse Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the AM Delivery process to ensure all Bakery, Commissary & Warehouse items are delivered to the retail operations, accurately as well as on time. They would be supervising a crew of up to seven individuals.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Entering all vendor invoices.
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of all warehouse orders.
• Placing vendor orders for restocking the warehouse.
• Various inventory related tasks.
• Assist with the logistics involved in ensuring our Self Service Kiosk program locations are stocked, and maintained properly. Place all daily orders for restocking Clutch Grab & Go items.
• Involvement in hiring and ensuring all On Boarding training assigned, and completed by new hires. Ensuring all new hires receive access to employee related training and reward programs.
•  Semester evaluations for all part time hourly direct reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit if hired.
• Valid driver’s license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as driving university vehicles and transporting materials, will be Driving Box Delivery Trucks.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.  This position requires nearly continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.  Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
