Longbow Advantage is an end-to-end warehousing strategy company that leverages real-time data to manage people, processes, and warehouses through The Longbow Advantage® Platform, and WMS consulting services purpose-built to expand and enhance warehouse technologies.

Our warehouse experts work with customers to understand challenges and goals, developing a recommendation that’s aligned to the customer’s business objectives and supply chain initiatives.
As the Director of Consulting Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our consulting services division.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational aspects of the business.

You will be instrumental in driving our consulting services to new heights.
This position is based in the USA and offers flexibility in terms of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Once you join our team, you will:

Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute the strategic vision for the consulting services division, working closely with the executive team to align with the company's overall goals and growth objectives.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in the development and execution of consulting projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise. You will be responsible for building a high-performing consulting team, setting performance standards, and ensuring the team's success in meeting client needs.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting services division, including project management, resource allocation, and financial performance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of consulting services.
Business Growth: Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the consulting services portfolio. This includes identifying emerging industry trends and adapting our services accordingly.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in service delivery. You will implement best practices, quality control measures, and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a leadership role within a consulting services organization, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking. You should have a track record of inspiring and leading teams to success.
Warehouse Management Expertise: A deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions and delivering value to clients.
