Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Liaising between management and stakeholders to ensure smooth strategic dialogue and the preparation of complex issues to enable decision-making
• Managing and organising effective board meetings – from coordinating strategic content and setting the agenda to delivering the perfect presentation
• Establishing a strategic partnership with top management to align, refine, and implement central initiatives
• Further developing existing governance structures, including the organisation of efficient decision-making processes before, during and after each meeting
• Transforming complex issues into clear, compelling messages through engaging storytelling combined with data-driven and fact-based visualisation
• Processing ad hoc management requests in a structured manner with high precision, visual clarity, and strategic significance
• Independently managing work packages within special projects to answer strategic questions from top management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Completed university degree with initial experience in a strategic consulting function or in a project environment with interfaces to top management
• Confident written and spoken German and English language skills, as well as a keen sense of how to tailor complex content to the target audience
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working, paired with the ability to present information in an understandable and visually appealing way
• Basic understanding of governance structures and strategic management in the corporate context
• Initial experience in storytelling and data visualisation, ideally with tools such as PowerPoint or Efficient Elements
• High degree of personal responsibility, organisational skills and the ability to work in a team with different stakeholders
• Motivation and enthusiasm for shaping a dynamic environment and actively taking on new challenges

 

Desirable extras.

• Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies, preferably demonstrated through certifications
• Basic knowledge of technology in corporations (applications with a focus on SAP, architectures, operating models)
