Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and control assessments, incident review, internal controls implementation, and support enterprise risk management to assist the Risk Control team in driving the Risk Control framework across the organization to provide management with centralized and quick access to risk information to make informative decisions.
- Help establish and maintain a robust Risk Control framework that enables the organization to identify and mitigate risks proactively, support business growth, and promote a culture of risk-awareness and accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Develop risk control matrices to ensure effective risk management across all business functions.
- Conduct risk control maturity assessments to evaluate current risk management capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide root cause analysis to help identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and benchmarks to identify gaps in risk management practices.
- Review and develop policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the enterprise risk heatmaps to visualize the risk exposure and allow for more effective risk prioritization and mitigation.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of work experience in business risk management. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, Employer will accept an additional two (2) years of related work experience in business risk management.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks and to develop integrated controls;
- Executing internal control testing initiatives, including developing testing procedures and conducting root cause analysis to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry guidance;
- Performing risk assessments to assure protection of organization assets, analyzing criticality based on impact-likelihood metrics, and proposing remediation plans for identified risks;
- Monitoring and reporting on risks and controls and developing metrics and graphical representations for risks to inform risk owners and stakeholders;
- Working on process improvement projects related to operational efficiencies enhancement, business process improvement, and cost saving strategy, including defining and documenting previously undefined processes, managing risk remediation, and control enhancements; and
- Conducting training, workshops, and walkthroughs of existing business processes and providing recommendations for designing future state improved processes.
Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.

Salary Range: $159682 - $190000 per year
