As a Senior Clinical Regulatory Scientist in our CQR - Medical Affairs function within the Spine division, you’ll play a pivotal individual contributor role in developing and maintaining high-quality, regulatory-compliant clinical evidence documentation—translating complex scientific data into clear, submission-ready materials that support global product registrations, post-market surveillance, and the ongoing safety and performance of our medical devices.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants 

• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure 

• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts 

• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented 

• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service 

• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity 

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree OR  

• Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience 

• High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience  

• 4+ years of military service 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team 

• Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings 

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule

Compensation: 
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $85,000 – $110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. 

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
