The Supply Chain End-to-End Financial Planning & Analysis (E2E FP&A) team leads forecasting, consolidation, and reporting for Walmart U.S. operations. This team delivers actionable insights that support business growth and operational alignment by collaborating across departments. Utilizing expertise in financial planning, modeling, and risk mitigation, the team ensures accurate analysis to guide informed decision-making. Focused on aligning financial goals with corporate objectives, the team advances Walmart’s strategic priorities while promoting effective communication and transparency throughout the organization.
What you'll do...
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage control structures to mitigate risks of financial misstatements and enhance transparency of financial systems.
- Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management, communicating forecasts and variances.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying priorities, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.
