We're hiring for an  Maintenance Tech/Groundskeeper for our property near UK. T

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds. 

• Pick up trash and debris around the property 

• Maintain the overall appearance of the property

• Respond to work order requests assigned to you promptly

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and work orders assigned to you

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. 

• Coordinate and assign tasks to maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. 

• Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff
