About the role
- Support new product development teams through project work involving qualification of new prototype and production tooling
- Support design and innovations with CAD drawing creation and modification
- Prepare CAD files for 3D printers and post process and assemble models
- Participate in brainstorm and creative sessions for new products.
- Analyze new product failures and identify solutions.
- Interact and support Project Managers with project documentation and team communication.
- Support Aptar’s Environmental Sustainability efforts through research and testing of latest materials, such as PCR (Post Consumer Resin)
- Complete package testing with new developments on new and existing products in the market.
- Develop DOE’s that validate new product design functions.
- Participate in the Aptar’s continuous improvement process by using problem solving techniques.
