Position Overview:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for helping maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of apartment units and common areas within our residential buildings. This position involves a wide variety of cleaning and upkeep tasks, including cleaning common areas, bathrooms, detailing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining overall order throughout the property. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and show a genuine commitment to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare all vacant apartments to prepare for the next resident.
- Exterior sweeping and cleaning of entry ways and breezeways
- Trash Outs
- Occasionally clean occupied apartments as directed by Community Manager
- Cleaning office, laundry areas, gyms, restrooms and other common areas in schedule
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
