Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital

Work Schedule:
- Full Time Days - (64 hours bi-weekly)
- Schedule will fall within Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
- No weekends, holidays or call
Our Minimally Invasive Surgery Center (MISC) is a fun, fast‑paced environment built on teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. We are a tight‑knit, hard‑working group that values collaboration and high‑quality patient care.
The center is designed as a four–operating room surgical suite, with a strong focus on minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. We support a diverse case mix, specializing in:
- ENT
- Pediatrics
- Gynecology
- General Surgery (select cases)
- Breast
- Podiatry
Work‑life balance is a priority — there are no weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience required
- Experience in an OR setting is required
- Circulating and scrubbing experience is preferred
- Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle
- Registered Nurse Required
- ACLS PALS will need to be obtained upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and expected outcomes.
- Provide safe, ethical, patient‑centered care while supporting dignity, diversity, and autonomy.
- Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs.
- Safely administer medications and treatments; perform technical skills per policy.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
- Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
