About the role

As Director of Product Management and Solutions at LogicManager, you will oversee a distributed team of Product Managers, Designers, and Solution Specialists to extend our enterprise risk management platform using our innovative Solutions Package Go To Market.
This role will set and achieve adoption goals for new development as a strategic contributor to our growth. They will be an ambassador of the leadership team’s vision and collaborate with Customers, CEO and leadership team members to drive our agile release planning process to deliver on our business’s goals in a fast-paced environment.
Product Management is responsible for scaling our vision and product for our organizations globally through the jobs-to-be-done framework. This role drives product adoption by increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and completeness of our solutions (includes integrations, content, workflows, capabilities and reports) that our customers leverage to perform their jobs.
This role will collaborate closely with our customers and coordinate as needed internally with development, sales, marketing, customer advisory to increase adoption. As a director in our organization, you will also help to cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment focused on continuous improvement, growth, and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing On Our Team

  • This is a remote work position with the requirement to support quarterly management meetings and employee and customer events in our Boston office

  • Directly manage, coach, and support a distributed team of Product Managers, Solution Specialists and Designers
  • Learn our product and industry to be able to offer hands-on support to our tea and help them work through any challenges they may face
  • Be an inspiring and empathetic leader and cultural contributor that develops strong, inclusive relationships
  • Coordinate with internal, client-facing teams to build sales and client enablement assets that advance solution packages through the sales process from initial meeting to implementation
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement through regular feedback and process refinement
  • Customer Unmet Need
  • Lead our customer council program that engages customers across our base of customers to design elegant solutions to customer unmet needs and verify our assumptions about the business value these solutions deliver.
  • Facilitate customer interviews to understand the Job to be Done in terms of workflow, integration points, manual and automated activities, and hand-offs to other groups
  • Agile Approach to Product & Solution Development and Design
  • Focus on creating solutions that are easy to use, understand and that drive engagement
  • Plan and execute our customer-driven product planning process, roadmap and timelines adjusting and communicating changes to timelines with the review of impacts from changes
  • Identify, champion and deliver key pre-built integration connectors built on our iPaaS platform with 3rd party products that increase adoption and retention of our solutions
  • Analyze and facilitate 3rd party solution capabilities, open source, and internal development to build comprehensive solution programs
  • Solution Adoption
  • Champion the vision of the leadership team to stay on the cutting edge of where the market is going
  • Forecast and prioritize development resources by their impact on the adoption of our solution packages being hired by our customer, the contribution to the business value of that job,
  • Orchestrate the updating of collateral material, promotional programs, sales training programs, operational procedures and systems requirements for product releases 
  • Build, manage, and maintain a scalable repository of our growing solution packages and define processes for updating solution package programs as the product, industry, and customer needs evolve
  • Closely monitor, measure, and interpret key metrics across the organization.

About You and What Skills You'll Need

  • East Coast Time Zone: This is a remote work position with east-coast time zone core business hours, actively engaging in and contributing to our mission-driven culture is in everyone's job description
  • 5-7 years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of people management in product teams
  • Experience scaling a remote and hybrid teams while sustaining a customer-driven growth mindset
  • Track record of building solutions for a business unit or company, partnering with business owners, product management, engineering, marketing and sales organizations
  • Desire to remain hands-on in leading the Product Management and being a product expert
  • Passion for developing, mentoring, and growing a team, with a natural ability to bring people together and spark cross-functional collaboration
