- Proactively identify and address potential access risks, proposing and implementing solutions to prevent security breaches.
- Facilitate security assessments of partner systems and tools to ensure adherence to organizational security standards.
Database Management:
- Monitor and track partner access and engagement details across multiple video game studios.
- Maintain and refine the central contractor access database, ensuring data integrity, system security, and operational efficiency.

- Drive initiatives to automate key integration processes, reducing manual overhead and improving response times for partner requests.
- Stay informed on industry trends and security advancements, applying insights to the refinement of security practices.
Security Advisory & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in IT Security for contractors, contributing to team discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams such as Legal, Marketing, and Production, providing expert guidance on secure integration processes and contractor access protocols.
- Collaborate closely with IT, security, and other technical teams to solve complex access issues and optimize security processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT security, technical support, or a related field, with a focus on contractor support.
