Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team by building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in the delivery of our products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the account management team in daily operations and client interactions.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Support account managers in developing strategies for client retention and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
