• Conduct foot patrols to enhance security and increase visibility
• Serve as a crossing guard at designated street crossings to ensure pedestrian safety
• Act as a greeter in the parking garage to assist with navigation and provide customer support
• Station personnel at the loading dock entrance to communicate with delivery drivers and confirm clearance with the dock master via radio
• Provide pedestrian safety support while delivering exceptional customer service
• Act as a Welcome Ambassador for garage users
• Greet and engage with garage users and to offer informational assistance
• Communicate effectively with garage users regarding parking
• Follow safety precautions at all times

Must be 18 years of age or older  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required  No experience required; on-the-job training provided
