Who are we hiring? 

A highly organized and detailed finance or business student to support the Procurement team in a variety of sourcing and operational tasks and activities.

What will you do?

• Assist in supplier identification, prequalification, and evaluation.
• Support the RFQ/RFP process including document preparation, project coordination, bid leveling and evaluation.
• Assist in clean up and organization of spend and contract data in our new Spend Analytics and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
• Assist users in various questions regarding procurement systems.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel PowerPoint) and basic computer programs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
• Familiarity with purchasing systems (Coupa, Ariba, etc) – Preferred
• Procurement experience - Preferred

Hourly Pay Range$22.50—$22.50 USD
