We collaborate, innovate, and strive to empower our clients with solutions tailored to their unique needs. </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and suggest tailored solutions.</li> <li>Support sales cycles conducting impactful product demos, illustrating to the client how our product solves their unique problems.</li> <li>Assist with client inquiries, such as RFPs and RFIs, providing product details to facilitate the sales process.</li> <li>Help monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to enhance our solutions.</li> <li>Support marketing activities, including market research and contributing to thought leadership content.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer, ensuring smooth information flow and understanding across teams. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Your experience</strong></p><ul> <li>You have at least 1 year of experience in a pre-sales or similar role, ideally with banking or fintech clients.</li> <li>Familiarity with core banking or banking-as-a-service solutions will be beneficial.</li> <li>Experience with RFPs and RFIs, and prowess in crafting compelling responses.</li> <li>Comfortable in customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage with stakeholders.</li> <li>Good presentation skills, with the capacity to grasp customer needs and express these effectively. </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Why Natech</strong></p><p>We're more than a company - we're a team of people united by a shared vision to change the way banking works.
