Job Description
This position will be a hybrid position!
The Program Coordinator’s responsibilities are to provide a variety of assistance to the Program Management team in the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of targeted database marketing programs. Learn to interpret and utilize client and internal information, and assist in quality assurance of campaign processing, ad hoc reports, and proofs. Interact with multiple teams to understand the customer’s goals and objectives and how we work across the organization to make these happen in the most efficient and accurate way. Assist in the internal monitoring and communicating of campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Management team in the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of marketing campaigns.
- QC audit reports, validate counts, coding, segmentation, pricing, and other data elements
- QC proofs to ensure data elements appear correctly
- Learn to analyze day-to-day client information, needs, and problems. Work with the team to identify and implement solutions.
- Become familiar with various client strategies for continued program improvement throughout the customer relationship.
- Project coordination, including learning to develop and track timelines and providing detailed instructions.
- Learn to create and maintain ad hoc client reports.
- Continuous communication on project status.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year Associates degree or equivalent
- Proven communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively and accurately communicate logical ideas and conclusions in one-to-one and large-group situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail, and possess problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and/or Google Suite.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Participate in a team environment
- Knowledge of data-driven print is a plus
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $43,900 - $77,200 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
