Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our General Surgery Division
• To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in a surgical clinic setting
• Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care
• Must have the ability to work independently

Position Details 

• Full-time salaried position with a Monday-Friday 5 days/week schedule at SRS Frost Street North (one hour for lunch)
• 100% outpatient supporting colorectal & general surgeons
• Provide additional patient access with new consultations, follow-up visits, as well as pre- and post- operative visits 
• Minor procedures including rubber band ligation and anal skin tag removal
• No call, no weekends, and no after-hours work

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
