Operations Manager

Maintains daily communication and objective setting with Warehouse and Delivery Team. Establish, communicate, and track agreed upon Operational Performance Benchmarks for your team. Organizes and communicate daily shift expectations and previous days results. Reviews and approves employee hours and addresses overtime compliance. Provides supervision for all warehouse and delivery personnel, this includes scheduling, safety, training, and efficiency of operations. Responsible for conducting employee evaluations, administering disciplinary actions constructing associate Individual Development Plans. Maintains accurate inventory and bin locations. Responsible for equipment and fleet maintenance, coordinating with maintenance providers. Company trainer for all forklift certifications.

Monitors the Controlled Environment Warehouse (CEW) temperature set point for proper temperature storage. Adjusts CEW temperature set point according to A/B directives. Ensure all product is properly rotated into the warehouse inventory. Ensure all inventory has been properly received and accurately identified with dating and bin locations. Oversees the breakage/repack processes of all products. Verifies that all Quality Brands processes and policies are adhered to. Responsible for all merchandising and delivery schedules, routing and monitoring. Responsible for team adherence to all QBO policies and processes. Responsible for safe operation and certification for all team members operating company equipment. Establishes and adheres to agreed upon monthly Ride-with and account review frequency. Ensures a safe, clean, and orderly fleet that is representative of Quality Brands image standards. Monitor Pre-trip, mileage, fuel usage, and timecard use. Reviews merchandising and delivery reps hours for productivity and overtime opportunities. Ensures all products are properly delivered and merchandised in retail account. Responsible for Quality Image of team and equipment. Other duties as assigned.
