Rapid Exchange Driver

The Driver – Cylinder Exchange Service is responsible for executing A-Gas's Rapid Exchange Program in a designated territory. This front-line role involves the collection and delivery of refrigerant gas cylinders to and from client sites while maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting the benefits of the Rapid Exchange service. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our environmental commitment is upheld through safe handling, reporting, and return of gases for reclamation.

South and or central Netherlands as well as Belgium, home based with extensive travel

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

Essential

o    High school diploma or equivalent.

o    Minimum 21 years of age.

o    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

o    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

o    Basic reading, writing, and math proficiency.

o    Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.

o    Ability to spend extended periods driving.

o    Excellent attention to detail and strong safety awareness.

o    Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous demeanour.

Desirable

o    Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

o    Prior experience in a customer service, retail, or sales environment.

o    Knowledge of the HVAC industry.

o    Experience handling refrigerants and/or gas recovery.

o    Familiarity with cylinder exchange programs or similar field service operations.

o    Mechanical aptitude or basic technical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
