What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production targets and adjust processes to meet goals.
• Support and coach team members to foster a culture of accountability.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.

• Strong understanding of quarry operations, safety protocols, and equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• Must be willing to work night shift.

• $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience
