About the Role

 

The Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist in the daily functions of the A/R -Credit department, ensuring financial stability of customer accounts while assisting in managing a team of A/R Specialists/Analysts. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, evaluating credit applications, and managing customer credit limits in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.



 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • 2–4 years of leadership experience managing a team of four or more employees.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable processes and credit management.
  • Proven ability to mitigate credit risk and support sound financial decision-making.
  • Experience with prelien notice management and related compliance requirements.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret trends and inform strategy.
  • Effective relationship builder with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Accountable and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills.
  • Purposeful communicator who consistently exceeds performance expectations.
