In this role, you will:
Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders and work closely with technology staff to translate requirements into functional designs and specifications. Responsible for the development, test, and implementation of new technology and incremental application releases. Drive and own ongoing internal stakeholder engagement to ensure requirements, product roadmap, development plans, success metrics, and expectations are constantly aligned. Create and maintain development plans and associate user stories that clearly define functionality or feature targets and acceptance criteria. Communicate feature status regularly with internal and external stakeholders and management, ensuring that issues are appropriately escalated to keep delivery on track. Properly identify risk and mitigation opportunities relating to project scope, schedule, and resources. Continuously assess team's velocity and contribution, and adapt planning tools, Agile methods, communication channels, and engagement models to ensure continuous, sustained delivery of value-driven products and services. Clarify, prioritize, and drive project commitments. Collaboratively coordinate cross group technical and schedule dependencies. Address bottlenecks, anticipate and make project tradeoffs, and provide escalation management. Participate in the definition of engineering best practices within the project team. Travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. and internationally required. May telecommute.
Experience and qualifications:
Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a fraud or risk strategy-related occupation. Position requires:
1. Studying product, customer, market, and technology trends;
2. Fraud industry forums and think tanks;
3. Designing automated solutions for payment processing, fraud decisions, text extraction, and analysis using machine learning applications;
4. New product design, scoping, and go-to-market launch strategies;
5. Designing and implementing anti-loss strategies for risk in payments end to end, entire marketplace, and pay-in and payout;
6. Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning applications in risk and fraud prevention; and
7. Leading across multiple functional groups.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $251,576 to $309,500/year.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
