With everything we do, we are committed to ethical obligations, security implications and sustainability.</p> <p><strong>Our goal</strong> is to ensure that AI serves humanity positively, contributing to a better tomorrow for everyone.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Advise clients on AI-driven solutions, from <strong>strategy and conception to implementation</strong>.</li> <li>Identify and select <strong>relevant data sources.</strong></li> <li>Conduct <strong>data analysis</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with customers to <strong>identify AI challenges</strong> and develop innovative, <strong>business-aligned solutions</strong> using LLMs and cloud platforms.</li> <li>Design and lead <strong>workshops &amp; training sessions</strong> to support AI adoption.</li> <li>Stay up to date with AI advancements, identifying opportunities to apply <strong>emerging technologies</strong>.</li> <li>Translate <strong>business requirements into AI use cases</strong> and guide technical teams in implementation.</li> <li>Maintain <strong>clear documentation</strong> of AI models, processes, and methodologies.</li> <li>Actively contribute to <strong>large-scale AI &amp; IT transformation projects</strong>.</li> <li>Plan and oversee <strong>resource utilization</strong> for ongoing projects</li> <li>Ensure AI solutions are <strong>technically feasible, scalable, and aligned</strong> with business goals.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in AI consulting or a similar role with strong customer interaction.</li> <li>Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI development tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and business challenges effectively.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in creating and presenting business cases for AI adoption.</li> <li>Fluency in both spoken and written English and German is a must. Min.
