The Disposition Trainers/Project Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing training programs for personnel involved in disposition operations. This role ensures all contractor staff are properly trained on Government-furnished systems, including WMS and other IT platforms, in accordance with contract requirements. Serving as both a trainer and project supervisor, the position oversees training delivery, tracks compliance, and supports readiness for global deployment within 48 hours. The role requires strong leadership, subject-matter expertise, and coordination skills to support operational effectiveness and contract performance.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Disposition Trainers/Project Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as part of a designated Disposition Training and Project Supervisor team, consisting of a minimum of two (2) personnel, responsible for completing all Government-furnished training related to Information Technology (IT) Data Systems, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) role-based access requirements.
- Provide thorough training to all Disposition Contractor staff on utilizing government-provided transactional systems, such as WMS and other IT platforms, to ensure team proficiency in these systems.
- Assist project’s Program Manager with hiring activities of Disposition Training Team Utilize Government-provided resources, including the DLA Disposition Operations Training Manuals, to conduct and support employee training upon contract award.
- Coordinate and execute both Government-Furnished and Contractor-Furnished training as outlined in TE 3.3, TE 3.2DS, and TE 4.1.
- Apply subject-matter expertise in training delivery, team supervision, and operational instruction to ensure personnel are proficient in required systems and compliant with contract standards.
- Maintain readiness to deploy globally within 48 hours in response to emerging operational requirements.
- Operate proficiently within WMS and other Government data systems as part of training and supervisory duties.

Disposition Trainers/Project Supervisor Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a training specialist, preferably in logistics, asset management, or government contracting environments.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience, with proven ability to manage training, delivery and personnel performance.
- Experience with Government-furnished data systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other IT platforms used in disposition or logistics operations.
- Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs based on Government-provided materials and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with Government training standards, especially as outlined in TE 3.3, TE 3.2DS, and TE 4.1, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of disposition operations, inventory systems, and IT system role-based access requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
