This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, confident with hands-on care, and genuinely passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home.

• Male, resides in Clayton, NC
• Dementia diagnosis
• Requires full, hands-on support for all ADLs, including:
  • Bathing & personal hygiene
  • Transfers
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Meal assistance
  • Redirection & safety supervision
    
    

💪 What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Physically strong and comfortable providing maximum assist
• Experienced with dementia or memory care
• Patient, compassionate, and able to build trust
• Able to follow structured routines for safety
• Dependable and punctual
• A good communicator with both the agency and family
• CNA preferred but not required with solid experience
