Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Guides the squad and organization on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies
• Oversees scrum process and coaches the squad; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full squad engagement
• Coaches Product Owner on agile methodologies (e.g. backlog refinement, sprint planning) and removes impediments
• Fosters close cooperation across all squad members, encourages cross-training and supporting each other
• Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the squad
• Shields the squad from external interference and ensures the squad is fully functional and productive
• Fosters self-organization and growth within the squad and evolves agile mindset in chapters and squads through conversations, coaching, and role-playing exercises
• Builds a trusting and safe environment where people can raise ideas and concerns and supports establishing modern leadership following agile values and principles

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Skilled at navigating the squad through road-blocks facilitating sprint planning and execution
• Experience in Agile Development, with specific Scrum Master (or similar) experience and certification preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and convey agile concepts
• Emotional intelligence, being self-aware and socially connect with the team members, building a long-term relationship and creating a healthy work environment
• Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and evolve the squad’s potential
• Ability to teach the team to do experiments and take risks, encouraging them to keep learning and adapting
• Eager to connect and collaborate with other Scrum Masters within and outside of the company
