Position Summary
This position serves as the coordinator and manager of the administration and operations of the two-year Phase 1 Doctoring and Clinical Skills courses at the Rockford campus and leads collaboration with the cross college clinical skills curricular teams. This requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills along with the ability to guide faculty to implement activities in a way that benefits student learning, communicate with students, and identify and communicate the needs of the program to administrators at both the Rockford campus and college as a whole. This position may also require interaction with various healthcare systems. This position requires significant knowledge of the coordinator position and the ability to train and supervise staff members as needed.
