Salary:  $78,000 - $95,000 / year

Job Summary:

Drive regional sales growth by exceeding refreshing goals and monitoring sales lift (8-10% expected) post-refresh. Ensure excellent customer service and revenue targets across all retail locations. Requires strong retail sales, communication, merchandising, marketing knowledge, and leadership skills.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and Customer Service Manager during refresh projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Frequently visit sites to maintain company standards and build client relationships
• Collaborate with clients and operations to address needs
• Communicate updates to drivers and track refresh progress per guidelines
• Identify stores with declining sales and recommend product, branding, and technology updates
• Lead merchandising, marketing, and customized solutions to enhance customer experience
• Manage corporate and regional retail strategies
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives
• Troubleshoot systems, equipment, and POS technology onsite
• Understand products, planograms, client preferences, and account restrictions
• Support pricing and audits in OneMarket
• Prepare reports for clients and leadership presentations
• Organize resources to meet strategic goals
• Enforce compliance with company policies, legal, safety, and health standards
• Escalate critical information to senior management for account retention or risk

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly organized with strong communication skills, adaptable, positive, and patient
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Confident in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent work quality
• Project management, retail management, merchandising, warehouse, or purchasing experience a plus
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80%, company car provided
