About the Position:
We are looking for a caring, dependable Caregiver to provide support for a 26-year-old female with a mild intellectual disability. The ideal candidate will promote independence, community involvement, and overall well-being in a respectful and encouraging way.

Responsibilities:

• Support with daily living tasks and personal routines as needed

• Provide transportation and companionship for community outings and activities

• Encourage skill development and participation in hobbies and social events

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment

• Communicate effectively with the family and care team

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred (not required — training provided)

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable transportation required
