More than 500 organizations in over 70 countries worldwide have chosen the company's services and solutions to fulfill their business needs.</p><p>For more information regarding our company, current projects, and openings around Europe, please consult our website: <a href="https://www.netcompany-intrasoft.com/">https://www.netcompany-intrasoft.com</a></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Customer Relationship Management Specialist </strong>to work for an EU institution based in <strong>Brussels</strong>. </p><p><strong>Your main duties will be the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions.</li><li>Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders.</li><li>Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions.</li><li>Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.</li><li>Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders.</li><li>Management and follow-up of user requests.</li><li>Management of incidents related to information systems.</li><li>Support business in the definition of business requirements.</li><li>Support business in the testing of web applications.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>If you have:</strong></p><ul><li>A master's degree + 10 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience in the IT field. </li><li>Experience in the use of customer relationship management and service management practices and tools (e.g. SMT).</li><li>Experience with issue and project tracking tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA).</li><li>Experience with the use of wiki and collaborative sites.</li><li>Experience with 1st level support of information systems.</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Good communication skills to deal with various stakeholders. </li></ul><p><strong>...then this position is suitable for you! </strong></p><p><strong>It would also be a plus if you had:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in manual testing of web applications.</li><li>Experience in elicitation of business requirements.</li><li>Experience with preparation and provision of IT training.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We ensure equal opportunities, treatment, and consideration to all candidates.
