Respiratory Therapist Job Summary:

BridgePoint Hospital is looking for a Respiratory Therapist - RRT or CRT. The Respiratory Therapist - RRT or CRT will practice under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Medical Director and Cardiopulmonary Director. The Respiratory Therapist - RRT or CRT is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physicians orders, department policies, and procedures.

Respiratory Care Practitioners, RRT, Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Care Provider, RCP, RT

Education: Graduate of an accredited program with a minimum level of Associate Degree in Respiratory - RT.

Licenses/Certification: Current credentials as a Respiratory Care Practitioner - RT in accordance with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current Respiratory ( RRT or CRT ) License from the District of Columbia. BLS and ACLS required.

RRT preferred or obtained within 1 year of employment.

Experience: 1 year of RT - respiratory care experience as a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner preferred.
