Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to lead critical U.S. and international tax initiatives across our global footprint. In this role, you will support complex U.S. federal, state, and local compliance activities while driving cross border tax strategy, optimizing efficiencies, and ensuring full statutory and GAAP alignment. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and delivers with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
U.S. Tax Compliance & Provision
• Lead preparation, review, and data management for U.S. federal, state, and local income tax filings.
• Drive quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP tax provision work, including future SOX compliance requirements.
• Manage and oversee high value recurring and strategic tax projects, including:
◦ $1.5M annual R&D credit
◦ 2026 cancellation of debt modeling and reporting
◦ $5M annual 163(j) interest capitalization
◦ $500K SG&A legal entity rationalization (2026 forward)
Global & Cross Border Tax Strategy
• Serve as the central leader for global transfer pricing documentation, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Analyze cross border transactions to identify tax efficient opportunities and mitigate audit exposure.
• Oversee VAT compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Support global statutory and U.S. GAAP tax provision processes.
• Navigate tax relief and reclaim procedures throughout EMEA.
• Interact with local tax authorities to address notices, audits, and disputes.
• Review royalty models and provide guidance to local business units.
• Partner with Treasury on tax efficient cash repatriation strategies.
• Support M&A tax integration, restructuring efforts, and entity simplification initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Hands on experience in international tax, either in house or within a top tier advisory or public accounting firm.
• Deep expertise in transfer pricing, VAT, and audit strategy.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and global tax provision processes.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel data modeling.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• A fact driven, detail oriented, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
Preferred Certifications: CPA, MBA, JD, or MST.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and use of hands/arms.
• Regular lifting/moving of up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional sitting.
