- Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure ontime delivery of technical software solutions.
- Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of
the projects assigned. - Perform risk management and change management on projects.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
- Drive
internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions. - Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.
- Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
- Plan technical software and system product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.
- Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design,
development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. - Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team.
- Provide hands-on project management
during all phases of the IT project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases) with an emphasis on communication to project
sponsors, stakeholders and project teams. - Complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities.
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems and Technology, or a related field and three years of work experience in job offered or in an engineering or computer-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
- 1. Application implementation, administration, development, and support
- 2. Eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions
- 3. Developing business process flows and process modeling
- 4. Supporting SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions
- 5. Agile project management with tools like Jira, software development lifecycle, risk management, and Six Sigma principles
- 6. Languages/technologies such as SQL, Python, XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST Web Services.
