We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers an hourly pay of $30-$38/hr. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program. Who you are: You are a highly energetic team player who can juggle complex calendar management and foresee future conflicts before they happen. What you will do: In short, you will work in a highly visible role providing administrative support (travel, calendar, meeting, event, and expense management) for the Customer Success department lead executive and her team. You will report in to the Director of Administration and be part of a centralized administrative support function and will receive coaching and support from both the Manager and Director of Administration.Finally, being part of an administrative support team means that when your workload gets high, there are others to help (and vice versa). You’ll have dedicated support assignments, but you’ll also be expected to help when others team members need it.
