Job Summary
The Treasury Management Sales Associate (TMSA) is responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMSC) with the TM Sales cycle. The TMSA will be the liaison between internal departments and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The TMSA is responsible for supporting the TM Sales team in support of new and existing business, including the expansion of business relationships, developing and problem solving for onboarding solutions for existing clients and new business prospects. Responsible for the overall TM product knowledge and showcasing demos or engaging product partner experts when needed. The TMSA will support and oversee the onboarding process to fruition and general product training and/or the coordination with the various product partners, as needed. The TMSA will assist with reviewing existing portfolios for opportunities, providing onboarding management support, providing support on client’s sales calls and by overseeing the sales experience from fruition to rollout/onboarding.
Essential Duties
• Support the TMSC lead large-scale client onboarding projects in a solutions focused end-to-end client experience to include all treasury management products to include (Lockbox, Merchant Services, and Corp Card).
• Problem solve and create strategic onboarding flows specific to clients’ needs for large and or complex fulfillment requests.
• Support TM Sales Manager in the design of new product solutions and the enhancement of existing product and services.
• Join TM Officers on sales calls as needed to support new business acquisitions and/or client retention,
• Perform demos for the full suite of treasury products, where applicable.
• Assist TMSC’s with the preparation of sales material, client presentations, and relationship reviews to retain or expand relationship
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve end goal for high value clients.
• Promote TM products to all areas of the Bank to help sell and support commercial clients to meet their treasury management needs.
• Assist with the creation and presentment of proposals (e.g., RFP’s), sales proformas, preparing client presentations and providing technical expertise to internal and external clients.
• Determines which client agreements and documents are required once scope of project is determined.
• Support in education with internal partners with support of clients onboarding experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by TM Sales Management.
• Assist TMSC’s in organizing and conducting annual relationship reviews with Relationship/Branch Manager to ensure TM products and services are meeting client’s needs (e.g., pricing review, future state of business).
• Provide client training on products and services, including assisting with the development of client facing marketing slicks, how-to guides, and videos.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by Management.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest in application/hardware/software technology related to the digital banking channel.
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.

• Knowledge and understanding of bank payment systems, treasury management solutions and competitive practices
• Proficient in Treasury Management products/services
• Highly motivated and self-driven individual who can think strategically, operate independently and take accountability for the function
• Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with others both internally and externally
• Experience with effectively managing commercial account relationships and consulting client best practices and operations to identify deficiencies to develop and facilitate the implementation of effective solutions.
• Analytical, problem solving, excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to lead, develop and present effective sales proposals with the propensity to learn new technologies and skills quickly
