Pharmacy Technician- Inpatient Certified

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Day/Evening Rotating, Every 3rd Weekend/Holiday 

Required Qualifications:

• Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Technician certification required. Certification as CPhT through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).
• Math aptitude is required. Ability to mathematically compute and convert drug concentrations and doses.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
