Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Field Sales and Training Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the Field Sales and Training Freelance Manager, Executive Director of Field Sales and Training, and key retail partners to maximize consumer-facing initiatives, execute strategic in-store programs, and elevate brand education.
Reporting to: Field Sales and Training Manager – Ulta
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales Performance
- Develop and manage a focus door list based on monthly sales goals and performance trends.
- Strategically plan seasonal call cycles in collaboration with the manager, considering sales volume and geography.
- Partner with retail leadership to create seasonal plans that drive retail sales through strategic support, corporate and store-led events, and training sessions.
- Build and strengthen relationships at all levels, from store leadership to frontline employees.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior retail leadership, including Regional Managers.
- Monitor inventory levels during store visits and communicate replenishment needs per account requirements.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and compliance with brand guidelines and Plan-o-Gram (POG) updates.
- Provide regular feedback on store visits, events, and training to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and oversee Travel & Expense (T&E) budgets, ensuring compliance with strategic spending.
- Oversee freelancer scheduling and performance management to optimize store coverage and brand presence.
- Lead and develop Beauty Associates into knowledgeable brand advocates.
