Position Summary

The Director of Recruiting Strategy & Transformation, reporting to the CVP, Global Talent Acquisition Leader will play a key role in the attraction and hiring of top talent for Huron. Through innovative and creative approaches, the Director, TA Strategy & Integration, will establish and deliver processes, programs, and technology that enable Huron to compete and win in an increasingly competitive global talent market. This person will play a critical role in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process, drive critical recruiting business insights and analytics, manage key business relationships, drive recruiting capability building, and help measure and deliver ROI (return on investment) and effectiveness of various investments. Another key component of this position is to help optimize our service delivery capability by integrating market and candidate data that accurately reflects the reality of the labor pool and Huron’s recruiting funnel.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Build and deliver full cycle recruiting practices and programs to ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of highly qualified and diverse talent.
• Lead the functional ownership of all recruiting tools that support the TA function, including Workday Recruiting, Gem CRM, Handshake, SeekOut, etc. Ensure systems are configured and used to drive an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Identify additional tools drive automation, efficiency, and scale within the recruiting process.
• Lead a data-driven approach by through utilizing analytics to critical KPIs, metrics, reporting and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success.
• Partner closely with the HR Technology team who will provide technical support for the recruiting technologies.
• In concert with the Talent Acquisition Strategy Leaders, recommend improvements to elevate performance across our global talent acquisition team.
• Manage relationships and contracts with partners and vendors of the talent acquisition function while evaluating opportunities for new partnerships and innovation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the business as new processes and technologies are implemented.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field, or similar experience required.
• 10-15 years of talent acquisition experience with progressive responsibilities required. Must have experience managing a team of talent acquisition/ recruiting professionals.
• Deep passion for driving efficiency and maximizing productivity with demonstrated experience in both.
• Demonstrated change management skills, specifically the ability to influence in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a track record of winning key stakeholders’ credibility through productivity and successful collaboration.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and analytic applications.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Gem CRM, and other technologies that digitalize the candidate and hiring experience are highly preferred.
Skills And Abilities
• Experience leading a large multi-national organization is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent influencing and consultancy skills and the ability to understand and speak the language of the business.
