As a part of the Maintenance Team, the Warehouse Admin role will empower you to support the procurement team by accepting goods at multiple different sites. This includes taking delivery, unloading, labelling, and storing project equipment and receivables in an orderly and efficient manner, as well as retrieving stored items for the team.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Warehouse Admin, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Unload, label and store project equipment and material received on site.

  • Maintain a safe, neat, and clean storage environment for warehoused goods.

  • Retrieve stored items for on-demand issues to the requestor.

  • Report the most important information to Project Specific Staff regarding the deliveries received, including risks, issues with equipment, breakages, shortages, and overages.

  • Maintain online trackers to highlight date slippages that may affect the schedule.

  • Complete goods receipting in SAP to ensure invoices are paid on time.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in a construction or warehouse environment is preferred.

  • Experience with safety procedures in a construction environment is preferred.

  • Proficient in English. Other languages are an asset.
