• Hourly Pay: $14–$16, based on experience
• Work Schedule: Requires availability from 7:30 AM to mid-afternoon, Monday through Friday (open availability preferred)

Your Role: In this part-time position, you’ll provide support to our customers across a range of tasks while keeping busy and engaged. Your day will include:

• Laundry Processing & Delivery: Pick up and deliver laundry orders in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Hiawatha areas using our company van. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and pack customer laundry orders.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assist with laundry machines, and answer questions with a positive, customer-first attitude. Ensure customers have a fantastic experience every time they visit.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store sparkling clean and ready for use, restock supplies, and support daily operations.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibility is key! From helping with in-store tasks to supporting operational needs, every day will be different.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-Starter: You work well independently and take pride in getting things done with minimal supervision.
• Detail-Oriented: Whether folding clothes or ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, you have a sharp eye for detail.
• Customer-Focused: You love helping others and strive to provide the best possible service.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks that include bending, squatting, and occasional use of step stools.
• Experience: Retail experience, especially in apparel, is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Hours:

• Pay Rate: $14 – $16 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Approximately 12-15 hours per week
