Mid-Level IT Project Manager (Cleared)

IT Concepts is looking for an mid-level Project Manager to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate organizational project performance and provide comprehensive recommendations to the Government.
• Offer expertise and advice in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects.
• Provide the Government with advanced and objective insight into program issues, execution risks, and corrective actions.
• Prepare, review, and publish program reports required by statutes and regulations, following Government approval.
• Participate in program management and business management reviews, and provide feedback to the Government.
• Support programmatic activities with development contractors.
• Revise and review management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices.
• Create tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities in line with NGA program and financial management policies and plans.
• Review and assess working documentations and changes. Engage in NGA planning activities with Mission Partners and development contractor-sponsored Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups.
• Develop and update project business plans, advocacy briefings, and project schedules according to agency policy.
• Develop and coordinate Project Plans and project approval documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated experience using project management tools, techniques, and processes.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring project performance.
• Demonstrated experience developing project management documentation such as project plans and schedules.

• Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI poly with willingness to take CI Poly
