About the role

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart is on a mission to help people live healthier lives by providing best-in-class, accessible, and affordable human-centered care to our associates and the communities we serve. Our vision is to deliver high-quality healthcare at the right level, at the right time, and in the right setting—for everyone. Our strategy is to become an integrated, omnichannel healthcare organization that leverages data, technology, design, and our unique assets to improve engagement, health equity, and outcomes.

We believe we are uniquely positioned to positively disrupt the healthcare system, given our proximity, scale, consumer traffic—both in stores and online—and the trust in our brand. Over 90% of Americans live within 10 minutes of a Walmart. With nearly 5,000 locations, 4,700 pharmacies, and 3,000 vision centers—many in medically underserved areas—our reach enables us to deliver holistic solutions across retail (e.g., food), pharmacy, retail clinics, digital health/telehealth, insurance services, financial services, community presence, and our partner ecosystem. As a result, Walmart can become the preferred option for health while creating shared value for consumers, associates, health plans, third-party programs, and communities.

To support this strategy, we are building a Product team focused on developing value-based health programs, a unified user experience rooted in consumer-centric design, best-in-class omnichannel care, and a robust data platform for coordinated care and personalized analytics. We are looking for the best and brightest Product leaders at all levels to help shape our roadmap, define strategy, and drive agile execution. Walmart is investing significantly in Health & Wellness, offering you the opportunity to drive impact at scale and build a platform from the ground up—backed by the stability and scalability of the Fortune 1 company.

What You’ll Do:

The Product Manager role requires a deep understanding of Health & Wellness or Messaging. You’ll be responsible for creating customer experiences that translate into product strategies and roadmaps, guiding engineering teams to develop world-class software solutions. This specific role will focus on building our Consent Management technology, with an emphasis on enabling seamless customer experiences, improving process automation, and ensuring operational compliance.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Identify and address pain points for associates and customers
  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps to solve business challenges
  • Design roadmaps for associate and automated user experiences

  • Are execution-oriented and have built mobile and web products that delight users and drive measurable outcomes
  • Can independently manage products end-to-end while collaborating across clinical, business, engineering, UX, and other teams
  • Are customer-obsessed—working backward from user needs, quantifying value, and using research and data to improve products
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can bring structure to complex challenges
  • Are a strong communicator and influencer, able to lead teams and manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Are scrappy but quality-focused, with a test-and-learn mindset and an agile, cross-functional approach

You’ll Make an Impact By:

  • Developing and enhancing products—managing roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing data, and managing risk
  • Defining vision and strategy for your product area—leveraging domain expertise, best practices, and market opportunities
  • Building collaborative relationships—driving priorities, communicating roadmaps, and gaining executive buy-in
  • Providing strategic direction—analyzing business objectives and customer nee
