Duties and responsibilities: 

• Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work. 
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Installs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for the purpose of providing enhanced and or/upgraded capabilities.
• Diagnoses cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air.
• Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.    

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education. 
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's license. 
• Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate.
• Minimum two years of experience in HVAC/R role in commercial/residential setting. 
• Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

FT/40 - Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm; some on call and some weekends in rotation. 

Starting pay rate: $21  (negotiable based on experience)
