The unit is also responsible for the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and test management. We seek four new members for the Project Management Office (PMO) that will be responsible for building up the IT PMO through portfolio management, resource management, project reviews and support, knowledge management and project management methodologies and tools for the whole IT project portfolio. As a member of the PMO, you will be responsible for one or more of the following processes towards the IT Project Portfolio:</p><ul><li><em><strong>Demand Management,</strong> assuring the right processes and tools for demand capturing, sorting, prioritizing, and pipeline updates are in place and facilitating the necessary forums within IT,</em></li><li><em><strong>Resource Management</strong>, estimating capacity vs need, conducting alignment with Line Managers, enabling project resources, and acting in resource impediment cases,</em></li><li><em><strong>Quality assurance,</strong> conducting project reviews, assessments and coaching, quality assurance for decision gates, portfolio indicators and trends, providing portfolio and project recommendations,</em></li><li><em><strong>Knowledge Management</strong>, conducting training, onboarding sessions, knowledge sharing facilitation, maintenance of project models and tools.</em></li></ul><p>But also:</p><ul><li>Take part in process definition, continuous improvement, and project support.</li><li>Have the opportunity to participate in building a new department, processes and tools for a large IT department, with direct contact to several different stakeholders and departments.</li><li>Be a team player supporting, collaborating and contributing for an inspiring work environment with the rest of the project management team, sharing your skills and experiences to raise the team performance and capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking for Project Management professionals interested in being part of the PMO team with a clear “can do” mindset and the essential skills to future proof our business and renewable energy solutions. We believe this includes:</p><ul><li>Higher education at university level or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in managing projects and/or being part of a PMO support unit.</li><li>Continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset.</li><li>Experience and knowledge in Change Management.</li><li>Experience managing projects/portfolios with complex resource allocation needs or experience with project verification gates is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication capabilities and talent for building network and trusted relationships.</li><li>Interest in green energy, technology, and curiosity about people and their motives.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer </strong><br/> With us, you’ll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.
