Director of Clinical & Translational Research

Department:

Medicine | Neurology

Provides strategic, operational, and administrative oversight of department clinical & translational research program and the administrative lead of our growing Alzheimer’s research portfolio, with the long-term goal of establishing an NIH designated Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC). Interfaces with the Division Directors involved in clinical trial research. Interfaces with department faculty and other faculty in other departments involved with the development of a future ADRC. Provides direct oversight of department of Neurology clinical trial research managers. Reports to the Department Administrator, Department of Neurology.

Minimum requirements

Bachelors in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or other medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience required. 7 years of relevant experience required. 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
