We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Dunkin’ locations by keeping equipment, facilities, and grounds in great shape.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform repairs and installations on restaurant equipment, fixtures, and systems

• Troubleshoot issues and replace or repair parts as needed

• Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime

• Respond to service requests and reports of equipment failures or facility issues

• Keep interior spaces clean with light tasks like dusting, mopping, and trash removal

• Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping

• Ensure all areas are clean, functional, and guest-ready at all times

• Keep your work area organized and adhere to all safety protocols

• Also assist with other duties and support other team members as well 

• Communicate clearly and professionally with store managers and team members

What You Bring:

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic

• Solid technical skills and hands-on experience in general maintenance

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Experience with power tools, maintenance equipment, and basic repair work

• Ability to manage and operate a service vehicle if traveling between locations

• Excellent communication and time management skills
