We are currently seeking a student intern to join our Logistics team which is part of our Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for daily tasks that support the flow and performance of products to our patients as well as have projects intended to enhance the performance of the Logistics’ team and strategy.
This position is a paid, temporary internship eligible to rising sophomores, juniors or seniors within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ. This role is a hybrid role which requires in-office time 2-3 days each week. (Tuesdays and Thursdays consistently).
Examples of Responsibilities:
- 3PL Fulfillment Shipment Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Tracking for cold chain integrity and customer expectations
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Senior Leadership Dashboard
- KPI coordination process improvement opportunities utilizing digital tool (Business Intelligence) and engagement with 3PL (Strategic Partner)
- Freight Lane Design
- Identification of requirements for each transport lane
- Qualifications and documentation for compliance assurance
- Cost analysis for savings opportunities
- Service Performance development opportunities
- Temperature Excursion trending and improvement project
- Supply Chain Resiliency
- Business Process Mapping
- Continuity Planning
- Risk Assessment Sensing
Qualifications/Requirements:
- This position requires candidates to be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior interested in a career in Supply Chain Management.
- Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ
- Interns are required to be able to work from May 26th to August 13th
- This position requires a minimum GPA of 3.0
- This position requires that candidates be able to work in the United States on a permanent and on-going basis without sponsorship

The anticipated hourly rate for this position will be $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
