About the role

The People Centricity Program is part of the Human Capital strategy and has been developed for 2024-2026 strategic plan.  It has for ambition to invest in our main asset, improving employees’ experience and competitively impact attrition & enhance retention, differentiating our proposition in the current challenging environment. It is made of 5 main projects addressing the needs of our employees and future employees, such as Flexible Benefit Options, Women in Management strategy, Clinical roles upskilling & career paths for 2024 and as of 2025 Late-Stage career initiatives, Sales Coaching development.
 

Your Responsibilities will include:

This role is dedicated for 50 % of the time to support the program lead in collaboration with the program team, project leads, the regional and global talent management team.  It requires to:

  • Support the coordination of the 5 different projects within Employee centricity.
  • Understand the internal and external landscape of employee centricity and support the enhancement and development of programs on employee centricity.
  • Support the development of employee journeys and employee experience mapping.
  • Monitor KPI’s to ensure the program is on track.
  1. Support with external trends and analytics
  2. Support with definition of employee journeys and development of programs
  3. Participation to the program coordination which can includes planning of meetings & workshops, updates of projects trackers and workbook, risks monitoring, meeting minutes etc..

This role is also dedicated for 50% to the Women in Management Strategy project, part of the Employee Centricity Strategic program.

“Women Mgt Strategy” is one of the key EMEA projects under “People Centricity Program”.

This project aims to enhance the company’s performance and workplace standards through the advancement of women in management roles or about to become managers. It is a 12 month´s project with implementation expected in Q4 - 2024.

The project will require to:

  1. Conduct external research in EMEA about legal requirements & strategic certifications we should consider for business competitive advantage.
  2. Partner with the EMEA DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Lead to map internal HR policies, tools and programs related to the topic, develop calendar view of these activities supporting awareness through campaigns
  3. Partner with the EMEA DE&I Lead to conduct external benchmark on emerging trends and make recommendations.
  4. Support assessment of current EMEA DEI governance making a recommendation how to strengthen and better connect the different stakeholders.
  5. Develop an “EMEA NextGen DEI handbook for HR & managers” incorporating project outcomes.
     

What are we looking for in you?
 

  1. University background/diploma
  2. Based in Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), Paris (France), Hemel Hempstead (UK) or Dusseldorf (Germany)
  3. Analytical skills & IT savvy (Excel, SF, Tableau, MS)
  4. Process oriented person
  5. Proactive & can-do attitude
  6. Manage complexity (matrix organization)
  7. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  8. English proficiency
  9. Comfortable to work on a High-Performance winning organization
  10. Experience:
    1. HR
    2. DE&I and/or social sustainability in multinational environment
    3. Project experience skills.
